Selling Information

1. You must arrive by 4:30, on Monday-Friday, to be unloaded.
2. You must arrive by 11:45, on Saturday, to be unloaded.
3. You are responsible for checking the current prices prior to unloading.
4. Our staff will assist in the unloading of your truck, but it is expected that customers help as well.
5. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of any load.
6. We reserve the right to decide whether material will be weighed or counted.
7. You must have proper identification (e.g. driver's license) and/or business license for a transaction.
8. If you "clean" your truck out in our yard, you will "clean" our yard before you get paid.
9. Maryland Law requires all sellers of catalytic converters to be "a licensed automotive dismantler and recycler or scrap metal processor; or an agent or employee of a licensed commercial enterprise." Thus, we require a valid business or scrapper's license the first time a customer sells us a catalytic converter.
